Between March and April the water levels at Six mile cypress dropped drastically. The birds and Alligators make quiet a show as they feast on the fish population. The Alligators get quiet a work out as they chase the fish and other creatures around. The most active you will see any of the ponds is at this water level. As the water level drops the oxygen levels in the water also drop.
